Deck Permits Require:

1. Plat of survey with deck location shown and dimensioned
2. Details of construction, materials called out and dimensioned
3. HOA sign-off (Lakewood Springs and Club)
4. Completed application

Fence Permits Require:

1. Plat of survey with fence location shown and dimensioned.
2. Copy of contractor's proposal
3. HOA sign-off (Lakewood Springs and Club)
4. Completed application

Shed Permits Require:

1. Plat of survey with shed location shown and dimensioned
2. Construction details or specifications
3. HOA sign-off (Lakewood Springs and Club)
4. Completed application

Pool Permits Require:

1. Plat of survey with pool location shown and dimensioned
2. Copy of contractor's proposal
3. HOA sign-off (Lakewood Springs and Club)
4. Completed application

Roof Permits Require:

1. Copy of Illinois State Roofing License (if contractor for hire is involved)
2. Copy of contractor's proposal
3. Completed application

Window Permits Require:

1. Copy of contractor's proposal
2. Copy of Energy Efficiency Certificate
3. Completed application

Incomplete permit applications will delay the processing of your building permit.

All permits require a minimum of 24 hours to process.
